Bishop Bobby and Co-Pastor Evelyn have been at the heart of Living Waters since its inception, opening their home for a small weekly Bible study that blossomed into a thriving congregation. Their journey of faith has been marked by unwavering dedication and a deep commitment to serving both God and the community.

With a vision firmly rooted in God's guidance, Bishop Bobby and Co-Pastor Evelyn have led Living Waters through various locations until finding its permanent home on Nellie B. Avenue. Their leadership has been instrumental in shaping the church's growth and transformation.

Together, they have championed initiatives such as the Fellowship Hall and Youth Building, providing invaluable spaces for worship, fellowship, and outreach. Their passion for serving others extends beyond the church walls, as they actively engage in community ministries, including feeding programs and nursing home visits.

Bishop Bobby's ordination as Bishop in 2009 further solidified his role as the spiritual leader of Living Waters, while Co-Pastor Evelyn's guidance and support have been instrumental in nurturing the congregation.
